3. Student Account & Login

Each enrolled student will receive individual login credentials. Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account. Your account is intended for one authorized device only. Sharing login credentials with any other person is strictly prohibited. The GrowLog reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found violating this policy without prior notice or refund.

4. Course Access

Depending on the purchased program, students may receive access to:

Course access is provided according to the duration mentioned at the time of enrollment. Unless specifically stated otherwise, recorded course access remains valid for one year from the date of purchase.

5. Live Classes

Live classes are generally conducted through Google Meet or Zoom, depending on the batch and schedule. Class duration is typically 1–2 hours, although it may vary based on the topic.

The GrowLog reserves the right to reschedule classes, change instructors, modify batch timings, or cancel/merge batches whenever necessary.

Students are expected to maintain proper discipline and respectful behaviour during live sessions.

6. Study Materials

Students may receive digital study materials including PDF notes, worksheets, presentations, and additional learning resources. These materials are provided exclusively for personal educational use. Commercial use, resale, redistribution, modification, or public sharing of these materials without written permission from The GrowLog is strictly prohibited.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on The GrowLog platform (including videos, live class recordings, PDF notes, presentations, graphics, logos, website content, course structure, study materials, branding, and educational frameworks) is the exclusive intellectual property of The GrowLog and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Students may not copy, record, screen record, download unauthorized content, upload elsewhere, sell, reproduce, redistribute, or share with others without prior written permission.

Any violation may result in permanent account termination and appropriate legal action.

8. Course Curriculum & Learning Methodology

The GrowLog has carefully designed its curriculum to provide a structured, practical, and easy-to-understand learning experience. The stock market is a vast field that includes numerous concepts, strategies, indicators, methodologies, and approaches. It is neither practical nor necessary to cover every available concept within a single course.

Therefore, The GrowLog focuses on teaching only those topics, concepts, and methodologies that we believe are essential for building a strong foundation in trading and investing. The selection, sequence, depth, duration, and teaching methodology of all course content are determined solely by The GrowLog based on our educational objectives and experience.

By enrolling in any course offered by The GrowLog, you acknowledge and agree that the curriculum has been carefully designed by our team. The GrowLog reserves the right to add, modify, remove, update, or reorganize any topic, lesson, module, or course content at any time without prior notice. Requests for additional topics or strategies not included in the curriculum shall not constitute grounds for complaints, refunds, cancellations, or legal claims against The GrowLog.

9. Payments

All course fees must be paid through officially approved payment methods available on our platform (including UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, and EMI where applicable).

Enrollment will be confirmed only after successful payment verification. The GrowLog reserves the right to revise course fees, offers, discounts, or pricing at any time without prior notice.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All purchases made through The GrowLog are final. The GrowLog follows a No Refund Policy. Students are advised to carefully review the course details, eligibility, curriculum, pricing, and other relevant information before making any payment. Once a payment has been successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another course or individual except where required under applicable law.

11. Student Responsibilities

Every student agrees to:

• Provide accurate registration information.
• Maintain respectful behaviour towards instructors and fellow learners.
• Use the platform only for lawful educational purposes.
• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Follow classroom discipline and avoid any activity that disrupts the learning environment.

12. Prohibited Activities
